We invite slowness, deceleration and deep feeling. To let our bodies be there, to affirm, to celebrate and to honor them. This is our base for conscious, connecting, nourishing and sensual-erotic encounters. In which I know and love myself and I see and honor you.
Safe in a we-organism, a human field, the self can relax and make the experience again to be part of a large whole, in love and connectedness.
The following elements accompany us on this journey:
- Come into the now through deep, physical arrival, feeling yourself and giving yourself space (Somatic Stress Release, self- and co-regulation, Bioenergetics, dance and Contact Improvisation)
- Be good to and honor your body and your being in self love (body travel, self love rituals and meditation)
- Explore your desires and limits in self exploration, review your strategies and take responsibility for them (internal travel, exchange and elements of Non-violent Communication(NVC))
- Bring these yearnings and limits into contact through encounter exercises
(Radical Honesty, Transparent Communication, Conscious Touch, Traffic Light Code, 3 Minute Game etc.) - Immerse through meditation in the `Ocean of Love`, discovering each individual (just) being a wave in it (eye meditation and inspirations from Osho’s Book of Secrets, silence and guided meditation)
- Honor and bestow each other in sensual encounters (Somatic Dialogue, Conscious Sensuality, Tantric Encounter elements)
- Give space to the magic of love, the flow and your authentic love expression in the `Magic Space` (`Ocean of Love`- Ritual Space)
- Collecting and reflecting on experiences, for deeper understanding and anchoring them (sharing, Co-Counseling, ZEGG Forum)
Let´s give the natural sensuality of our human experience its innocent place in love back again. With pulsating cells, open hearts, alert minds and loving souls.

The Ozean of Love – Ritual Room
at festivals and birthdays,
for the sensual deepening of closeness and trust in circles of friends and love research groups.
You can invite us…
At love / dance festivals the ritual room can take place in 2-3 hours format. For groups of friends and birthday celebrations there is an introduction and framing with awareness and encounter exercises of additional 2-3 hours.
The ritual room was created as an impulse after a beautiful encounter festival in ZEGG (near Berlin). I invited friends and wanted to research how sensual, erotic encounter spaces with consciousness, clarity and freedom can be created. We met regularly for over 1 year and developed, refined, reflected and loved through the structure of the ritual room. And that’s what we found:
The process supports deep relaxation, connectedness and flow. Parts of it are: playful physical arrival, time for self-love, an oceanic eye meditation, nourishing touches for three and an open encounter *magic space*. At the end there is time for exchange and reflection of the experience.
